Our Coaches
At Dobson Dolphins Swim Team, we have a team of experienced and dedicated coaches who are passionate about teaching children the art of swimming. Our coaches are lifeguard and CPR certified and have years of experience in competitive swimming. They work hard to create a safe and positive environment for our swimmers to learn and grow.

Holly Galewski
HEAD COACH
We are so excited to welcome Coach Holly to the Dobson Dolphins swim team. Coach Holly comes to us with extensive experience in swimming and coaching. She currently works as a counselor, junior high swim coach, and varsity swim coach at Chandler Preparatory Academy.
Charlie Schuler
ASSISTANT COACH
Charlie has spent 10 summers swimming with the Dobson Dolphins. He worked one year as a coach in training and is back this summer as an assistant coach. A recent high school graduate and competitive tennis player, Charlie will attend college this fall as a pre-med student.
Stephanie Schuler
COACH IN TRAINING
Stephanie will be both a swimmer and coach for the Dobson Dolphins this summer. Stephanie has been on the swim team for 12 years and has served as a Dolphin in Training. Stephanie swims for Chandler Prep Academy where she placed 1st in two relays at the state meet this season alongside 3 Dobson Dolphins teammates. Stephanie is a certified Lifeguard for the City of Gilbert.
Ingrid Hansen
COACH IN TRAINING
This is Ingrid's 13th year as a swimmer on the Dolphins and second year as a CIT. Ingrid is a competitive swimmer and medaled in the State Swim meet as a member of the Chandler Prep Academy team. She is entering her senior year of high school and works as a lifeguard for the City of Chandler.
Nora McCarthy
COACH IN TRAINING
Nora has been swimming and participating on swim teams since age 4. After moving to Arizona, Nora joined the Dobson Dolphins. She quickly volunteered to help with our youngest swimmers as a Dolphin in Training (DIT). She is a varsity swimmer for Ville de Marie Academy. We are happy to welcome her back for her second season as coach.
